These terms apply to your use of the Tevix app and this website. If you downloaded Tevix from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if the two conflict, Apple's agreement prevails.
What Tevix is
Tevix is a media player. It does not include, host, sell, recommend or link to any channels, playlists or streams. It only plays content from playlists and accounts that you add yourself.
Your responsibility
- You may only add playlists, accounts and streams that you own or are authorized to access.
- You are solely responsible for the content you play and for complying with the laws and the terms of your content providers.
- You must not use Tevix to infringe copyright or other rights.
Third-party content and providers
We are not affiliated with, and do not endorse, any playlist or content provider. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, quality, legality or accuracy of third-party content. Copyright complaints about a stream must be sent to the provider that serves it, since Tevix does not host any content.
Open-source software
Tevix uses libmpv and FFmpeg, licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL). Their licenses and source links are shown in the app under About.
No warranty
Tevix is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or of content played with it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
