Support

Questions? We've got answers.

Where do I get a playlist?

From a service you subscribe to or content you own. Tevix does not sell or supply playlists. To try the app, you can use our test playlist of freely licensed test streams.

Which formats are supported?

M3U and M3U8 playlists (by URL or file) and Xtream Codes accounts. Streams in HLS, MP4, MKV, TS and most common audio/video codecs.

A stream doesn't play. What can I do?

Check that the address works and that your provider allows your device. Streams are served by your provider, not by Tevix, so availability depends on them. If your provider changed its addresses, delete the playlist and add it again.

Where is my data stored?

Only on your device. Tevix has no servers and no accounts. Removing a playlist or uninstalling the app deletes its data. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I delete a playlist?

On the Playlists screen, swipe the playlist to the side. Its channels and stored credentials are removed from your device.
